EUnify BV, Belgium

EU-made critical electronics for autonomous and unmanned systems.

EUnify designs and manufactures the electronics that go inside drones, robots, and autonomous platforms. We ship our catalog products as the "Gear Up" brand, help OEMs and integrators build complete systems around them, and take on custom engineering work from scratch when off-the-shelf isn't enough.

Three ways to work with us

One product line, two engineering services. Designed and manufactured in Belgium.

Designed and built in Europe.

EUnify operates as a vertically integrated hardware company. Gathering requirements, schematic, PCB layout, manufacturing, firmware, validation and packaging. EU-traceable supply chain, rigorous testing before it ships.

EUnify pick-and-place machine on the factory floor
Production floor Multiple Fast scalable production lines in Belgium ranging from IPC-class 1-3.
Rework microscope station at the EUnify bench
Fast iteration Short feedback loops. From layout change to next prototype in days.

EMC validation Anechoic-chamber pre-compliance testing. EMC issues caught during design, not at certification.

EU supply chain

Components sourced through EU and trusted-region distributors. Traceable down to the part, no surprise substitutions.

One building

Schematic, layout, assembly, bench validation, packaging. Same floor, same team, same week.

Built to scale

Hand-built prototypes through production batches in the hundreds. Same supply chain, same quality discipline.

What we make

Small, dense, mission-critical electronics. The boards inside cinematic FPV cinelifters at 250+ km/h, the boards inside industrial UAV operations across Europe, the boards inside the next AI-edge ground robot. Same hardware platform, different mission profile.

Ready to integrate

Boards arrive in protective packaging with the harness set, accessories, and documentation your team needs to get to first power-on fast.

Open firmware, day one

Every Gear Up board ships with upstreamed support in the open-source firmware stacks integrators actually use. No private fork to maintain, no vendor lock, no waiting on a closed-source roadmap. The fastest path from prototype to field deployment.

Won Start2DEF (Belgian Military Innovation) and the EUDIS Hackathon Belgian finale (European Commission, 2024).

From Mugello to the MTB World Cup, our hardware in the field this season.

Looking at putting Gear Up boards into your platform?

Engineering services start with a 30-minute scoping call with a builder, not a salesperson. We talk through the platform, the constraints, and whether catalog-plus-integration or full custom electronics is the right path. English, Dutch, or French.
